All proceeds will go to a medical expense account for Clyde's sister, Dolly Paladino (DeHart). She was diagnosed with Leukemia 2 years ago. Thankfully she had insurance to help with her very costly expenses. Unfortunately, along with many other Americans, she got tackled by company downsizing. Now without insurance, we would like to pull together all of DeHart's Auction friends and family in making a cookbook to be sold this fall.
